1. Attached herewith are copies of 59 New Initiatives submitted to us
on 16 March by DA Offices (OMS--4; OL--12; OC--7; OS--4; OIS--O; OF--13;
ODDA--3; OTE--5; ODP--11). Per reference, please rank and categorize these
Initiatives along with the nine Ongoing Initiatives which were forwarded to
you last week.
2. Also forwarded herewith are five revised Ongoing Initiatives (OL--3;
ODP--2). Please substitute these for thos-e-f-o-rwarded to you via reference.
3. We will need your preliminary rankings and categorizations by COB
21 March.
4. Also forwarded herewith for your background is a copy of the
Comptroller's comments regarding our 1985 Base and Ongoing Initiatives. If
