at the Moscow Horological Factory No. 1. and the production of high precision
instruments such as aviation clocks and navigation watches at the Chelyabinsk
(N 55-10, E 61-24) plant.1

Russian Automatic Watch and Horol.ogical Factory, ChELYABINSK
The MOSCOW No. 1 Horological Factory produces an automatic
water but this is of a crude type compared with the very fine
mechanisms. The Russian time-piece did not incorporate miniature
ball bearings.
Comment: I-c migh?;; be of interest to know that a
firm will, be going into production
in 1957 with an automatic watch incorporating
ball bearings sixty hundredths of an millimetre
in diameter.
