1. It is requested that Position A-84%. Finance Assistant, OS-7,
U.S. Field/Test Site. be reallocated at the 03-9 level. Raeent review
of the functions and responsibilities to be performed by the incumbent
of this recently established position indicates that an individual of
the cis-9 level will be required at the Test Site. The Office of the
Comptroller has m d available an individual of the 03-9 grade level
who is considered fully competent to handle the proposed duties and
we, therefore, request that the proposed change in grads be accom-
plished.
2. It is also requested that Position A..8025, 05-6. Secretary-
ntesno. Headquarters/Ad.wtniatrstive Section, be upgraded to GS-7. The
recent realignment of the Project Headquarters, to conform to the
Project Table of Organisation changes as approved by the Office of
Personnel on 26 April 1956, has resulted in a change in the concept
of the duties to be provided by the incumbent of this position. The
inaunbsnst designee for Position A-$025 is a W-7, Secretary-Steno,
and in order to avoid the slotting of a (38-7 in a CS-6 position, it
is requested that a corresponding change be made in the Table of
Organization approved grade level.
