report on political education, including political offenses committed by
military personnel during the period.
2. The consolidated statistical form, entitled "Statistical Situation of Political
Instruction,," is issued by the Direction of Organization and Instruction,
Superior Political Directorate of the Army, Ministry of the Armed Forces. It
is classified "Strict Secret." Statistical entries are made for one-week
periods for each army unit reporting, under the following headings (numeral
indicates number of column).
