THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
1. On 8, 9 and 10 May 1950, classes of reservists who were born in 1919, 1920
and 1921 were called up for training in the Czech army.
2.. Reservists in Moravia are receiving their training at the Libava camp near
Sternberk. The population from a number of localities in the area wen
evacuated to make room for this camp.

3a The 23rd Armored Brigade at A ilovice received 80 T 34 tanks from the USSR,
1., In many cities such as Prostejov. Prerov and Znojmor important construction
work cannot be completed because of a shortage of cements and construction
even of railroad stations has been interrupted. Experiments are being
carried out to permit substitution of some other building material for cement.
In June 1950 soldiers were ^alled upon to join voluntary brigades which were
to put all workshops in orders so as to conserve materials.
