a small rear detail. No training activity was observed.

moved to Thornerstrasse from the Rasalskistrasse some time
ago.
. A rear unit of 70 men wearing black-bordered red epaulets
was seen in the Infanterie Kaserne on the north side of
Selauerstrasse on 27 June 1950. was iden-
tified there.
6. The houses on both sides of Jungstrasse9 which had been
occupied by Soviet officers' dependents, were vacant.
7. Only a few soldiers were seen in the barracks on the southern
