Work organization within the mine is -loor. b. Because of a lack of the nocesviry mechanical equipment the ut be carried from the mine by the mimirs themselves. c. The miners being for the most part .leasants from nearby villajes, they return to the LInd during planting and harvest seasons. In aMition, there is a lack of skilled technicians at the mine. d. Because the minsrs recently have not been provided with sufficient food- stuffs, many. wish to return to their villages. 2. Because of a lack- of raw materials. which must be imported, the cotton weaving mill at Nis has worked only one shift since 1 April 1950. Because of this situatinn many of the workers will be transferred to other indostril, while those who have low work ratings will be dismissed.
