1. Location: The Kalibr Zavod is located about 1.8 miles west of the
CHELY INSK (61?24' E/55?ION) passenger railroad station,
2. Ylant i,,nsta1lations: The plant is a completely new installation, the
construction of which was not completed in September 1948, At this time
only the framework of a multi-story building, the boiler house, and the
mess hall were completed. Two workshops were under construction.(For
plant layout, see Annex.)

measuring equipment as previously reported, The new factory is a sister
plant to one located in the center of CHELXMBINSKC
b. A more illustrative sketch of the plant location was attached to the
previous report. For the lack of town plans, the pin-point.-location can-
not be given.
