1. The Rumanian General Staff hap ordered a loyalty check of all reserve officers.
These officers are requested to complete a questionnaire containing tnrenty.$cur
questions and to undergo a thirty-minute interrogation by a political camissar.
2. During the interrogations, the reserve officers are questioned as to their
sentiments at the time of the declaration of "the anti-Soviet vrar"e their
feelings When Bes erabia was again taken i+y the Rumanian troops in 1941s,
and their outlook en.the "liberation of R mania, by Soviet troops".
