1. Although Civil Air Tranenort (CAT) cancelled all flights to Hong Kong until
Its position was clarified (because CAT feared that the Hong Kong Government
might imp4und its planes), decision was later made to continue the flights
until the Chinese Comnuniet government in Peiping cancels the CAT regia-'
