1. Polish Consul Franciszek Winnicki of Sao Paulo is at present actively promoting
a pro-'-Jarsaw propaganda campaign. Of late he has discontinued his contacts with
"tanislaw Dekarzewski and IIarjan Jezierski and now works through Hugo Schlezinger,
who is reported to be a thorough, capable, and consistent worker. Winnicki has
given the oum of Cry 40.000,00 to..Schlezinger to support the promotion of the
newspaper Kurier Po ki. Also during the month of August, Winnicki turned over
Cr$ 25.000,00 to Reverend Jan Sliwinski for "church purposes."
