1. Soviet-trained officers comprise the nucleus of three now columns now completing
training in a Camp south of Heihotun (127-31, 50-15). These officers were trained
In Vladivostok in a special severk,month course sponsored by the Soviets. T ainee&
for the three new columns were drafted in the Heihotun area, beginning in July.
