"Kunming (By Vail) --- Regarc'ing the recruiting of volunteers by the Annam Nation-
alist Party in Yunnan Province, learned that has
issues directives to the Yunnan (1} All officers and men of the General Officers' Carps, who have not received writ-
ten demobilization orc'e s from the Government, are not rerml tted to participate in
the Annam 'ationalist Party,
(2) No one is alsored to organs ze trco s and to mobilize bandits inside Chinese ter-
ritory under the rretext of helr'ng the Revolutionary movement in Indo-China. As for
the activities of the Annarl rationalists in enlists np volunteers in Yunnan, they
should be outlawed.
(3) The Annam Nationalist Party sh-uld limit its organization and activities within
the territory of French Indo-China only."
