ATTACHMENT I
Order of the Chief of the Administration of the SMZA of the
Province of Saxony-Anhalt, No. 32, 20 February L947, Halle
Subject: Transfer of the potash mine in
Wirsieben from the SAG for Potash Fertilizers to
the Government of the Province of Saxony--Anhalto
In order to carry out the order of the Supreme Chief of the
SMAD and Supreme Commander of the Group of Soviet Armies of
Occupation in Germany, dated.24 January 1947,
1.. The authorized representative of the Soviet AG for Potash
Fertilizers, General Director M. K~ Nikoisky, to hand over
the potash mine Klein-Schierstedt in Wirslehen to the
authorized representative of the Province of Saxony-Anhalt,
Mr,, St{. rmer.
2., All material assets are subject to the transfer4 buildings,
equipment, annexes, grounds, motor vehicles, materials, un-
finishcd and finished products, which arl actually located.
at the works on the day of the transfer.
All remaining assets and liabilities are not subject to
the transfer. Settlement will be made by the Soviet AG
for Potash Fertilizers.
4;, The appraisal of the property is to be made upon the same
basis as was the case when it was taken over by the SAG.
The transfer is to be ended and duly recorded by 15 March
1947, with the participation of a representative of the
SMA for the Province of Saxony, Capt. V. A. Bogdanovich.
b. The calculation of the difference between the general value
of the material assets to be transferred and that of the
assets which have become the property of the USSR, will be
determined by a special agreement between the parties.

On the basis of the order of the Supreme Chief of the SHAD and
Supreme Commander of the Soviet Armies of Occupation in Germany,
dated 24 January 1947,
The order of the Chief of the Administration of the SMA of
the Province of Saxony, No, 257, dated 3 December 1946,
subject Transfer of the factory Kunstharze "Kurt-Albert"
in Sch8nebeck into the possession of the TJ.S.S.P. , repara-
tions account, is to be revoked.
;)mrade General Director S G. Burov is to turn over the
affairs of the administration of the enterprise to the
authorized representative of the provincial government
of Saxony-Anhalt:., Mr. Karl Rippentropp Comment: 25X1A

fer, with the participation of the representative of the

The mutual settlement concerning the results of the
enterprise``s activity for the entire period of adminis-
tration by the Soviet AG for Mineral Fertilizers is to
be undertaken on the basis of a special agreement between
the parties,
