1. The torpedo factory at Fiume has recently resumed torpedo trials, although the
lighters employed for indicating the limits of fire during the trials have act
yet been placed in operation. The torpedo launching stage, which is partly
damaged, consists of two tubes, one 710 ma., the other 450 msao
