As I already informed you, our speaker will be Nestor Sanchez, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for-Inter-American Affairs: We have three excellent commentators as well. met are Colonel John Wagheistein, former Military Advisory Group Commander in El Salvador and currently at the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania, Ambassador Robert White, former U.S. Ambassador to El Salvador, and Professor Caesar Sereseres of the University of California and the Rand Corporation, who has traveled in and written extensively about military issues involving Central America.
