MVD officer complained about his Job which was descr bed. as
a dog's life - pulling You up at all hours of the night to, go
on raids and round up murderers.
During. checks the XVD did not stamp or mark documents in any
manner $ the MVD. only accompanied the train
while on Western Ukrainian territory. ..No checks by the Mid
were. made beyond the Western Ukraine. Baggage was not inspected
nor were body searches made.
