1. Xc ;ding over some of my old notes on past suppliers'
meeattngs, 2 ran across a question which I literally asked myself:
"Who is to provide the Arctic communications expert required to
advise us on communications problem in connection with in-flight
refueling on the A-12?" You will recall that there was some dis-
cussion about the feasibility of using UFO Romer equipment for
Arctic rendezvous.
