A group of instructors from MATB will go to the Center early next year to learn how to teach the course and will start the course in OTR next summer. He described the course as a first-class one designed for groups of 12 students who have shown leadership potential. 6. Chief, II, discussed the Center for the Study of Intelligence. He noted the three basic elements of the Center's program: research and study programs which result in published papers; seminar/discussion groups; and Agency and Community symposia.
