Ao General
1. The following Basic Exploitation Program for New East, South Asia,
and Africa is effective as of this dates The program consists of four
monthly information reports: one on Arab States and Israel; one on Grreece,
Turkey, and Iran; one on India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan; and one on African
2. The following personnel are responsible for compiling information
received, maintaining branch and division schedules and receiving information
from other branches of the division for the reports indicated:

from the International Press will not be included in the reports published
under the Basic Exploitation Program for the Near East, South Asia, and Africa,
