SUBJECT Proposed Review of Draft Reports.
1. The attached is a try at developing an
approach to the security review of Congressional
Reports. It addresses only HSC papers, which e
likely to present the first large processing problem.
It is intended to discuss the problem and outline
how to proceed.
2. It would be appreciated if you would be
prepared to comment at the Friday meeting of the
Action Plan Task Force.
