which have been ordered from Switzerland, have note arrived. Tractors rs,
produced to date are therefore unusable,
2;, This factory, which has its own electric power plant with a capacity of
3,000 kilowatts, does not have sufficient electric power for its re-
quirements. Work has begun on a power line from the, Brasov transformer
to supply an additional 1,000 kilowatts. Plans for increasing, the
capacity of the factory power plant to 7,000 kilowatts have recently been
received from the Soviet Union.
3 The Brasov transformer supplies the Tractorul plant, the city of Brasov
and the town of Sfantul Gheorghe. This installation and the power line
from Campina are completely unguarded at the present time. Sabotage or
a slight accident would disrupt the supply of power for Brasov.
