1. On the afternoon of 5 March 1950,, a secret meeting of tan councilors of the
Partai Komunis Indonesia Iderah (Red PKI) was hold at Gang Tengah 31, Dja-
karta. A guard named Nusbar was posted in front of the house.. The meeting
was presided over by Suhardjo, assisted by Supito*, as vice-chairman of the
tmeoting. Supito's home address is Gang Tengah 15,

b. Inciting genera' strikes and lockouts to disrupt the mainstay of
Indonesian econommyo
c~ Dissemination of propaganda designed to arouse discontent, an example
of which would be the demand'ng of excessive increases in wages on
threat of a p:enoral strike
d. Spreading the idea among the laborers that the government of the Re-
publik Indonesia Serikot is still half Dutch, i.e,: semi-colonial,
oppressing the _aborera in the same manner as they were oppressed
before the tranr,fer of sovereignty,
