1. The (N 55/P 83) airfield was still occupied by
at least 60 fighters * .. A Soviet sergeant stated that the
field was to be prepared for occupation by Jet fighters, but
there were no observations confirming this assertion **,,
2. Three double cantonment buildings were completed and occupied
by air force soldiers previously quartered in tentso
addition to the fuel sump east of the field another fuel
dump was under construction about 3,300 feet west of the
destroyed zigzag workshop of the former V-weapon plant and
north of the field approach road ***. The dump consisted of
six containers, each the size of a railroad tank car,, three
containers of half that size and twenty 53=gallon drums,
