1. In accordance with the arovisionsmf Article No. 27 of the Statutes of the
Communist. Party of Venezuela (PCV),,ratified at the Second Congress of the
PCV, held in Caracas in August 19!.8, the organization and members of the
high executive bodies of the Party were the following; l
A. CENTRAL COWITTEE:
This executive body is considered one of the'most important divisions of the
Party. It is normally composed of 27 members; however, during the past year and
a ,half there have been many changes, and the present list cannot be considered
accurate. In 1952 the names of Juan Bautista FUENMAYOR and Eduardo MACHADO
Morales were deleted, along with the names of two unidentified women, and
others, like Carlos DSL VECCHIO, have been incorporated. The members of the
Central Committee, as presently known, are the following:
