The daily schedule at the school was as followsa 0800 Theories of firing for all weapons, tactical training, field problems, gunnery., topography and politics. 1400 Dinner and free time 1600 Further training in tactics, firing and gunnery 1800 Supper 2000 Class room study. The class was divided into small groups and the smartest students instruoted'the less intelligent ones. 2300 Taps The schedule did not follow the same pattern from day to day. Some days, for example, during the 0800 to 1400 period, political training was substituted for gunnery or for field problems. The total weekly instruction-had to include the following subjects delivered in the designated time periods. Combat tactics - Theory in,tactics Political training - .Firing training - Physical training - Communications - training- six to 10 hours weekly six hours weekly six hours weekly 16 hours weekly six hours weekly six hours weekly The weekly training thus covered a period of 49 hours. 25X1X Major (fou) Legari and Staff Captain (fnu) Hujvan were instructors in combat tactics at the School. Major Legari and Staff Captain Hu Russians,.since both spoke Czeoh with an accent. Forty two officers started the course but three were-eliminated for the following reasons. One. officer was 'dismissed from the school for his associations with a married woman, the second was dismissed because of physical disability and the, third was transferred before the completion of .the course because he was exceptionally brilliant and, was assigned to the General Staff.. I have no further information on the last man. except that he was 27 years old, held the rank of Captain,:,and his'name was Otto Hruseoky. Of 'the 39 officers who completed the course, 20 were captains, nine lieutenants' and 10 junior lieutenants..
