1. Meeting No. 2-77 of the OC Equipment Board will
be held on 8 February 1977 at 1000 in the D/CO Conference
Room.
2. The meeting agenda will consist of the
following:
a. A briefing on the RT/B-519 Signaling
System by CED.
b. Discussion of an Operations Memo
proposing alternatives to the OC Manual
Morse Network.
c. Discussion of a draft Book Dispatch
concerning VHF Utility Network Equipment.
