This is in response to the understanding reached at our meeting on 21 November 1966 in which it was suggested that OBI submit a list of areas on which photographic coverage is lacking or inadequate. In selecting these areas, no attempt has been made to establish priorities or pinpoint holidays in the coverage. If several of these areas are judged to be feasible, we are in a position to study them in detail, evaluate requirements, and suggest priorities. 2. Following is a list of the areas proposed for feasibility review and assessment: 1. Jordan River Valley Including southern Lebanon, southwestern Syria, Israel, western Jordan 2. Mozambique Particularly the borders with South Africa, Rhodesia, Zambia, Tanzania, and Malawi including all of Lake Nyasa v 3. South-West Africa Particularly the border with Angola including the Caprivi Strip 4.
