near future (estimated 30 September 1970 for delivery of
Final Spare Part(s) item) the writer desires to accomplish
disposition of the various records compiled during.in-plant
acceptance testing of the EMR and OPS AGE equipments - spec-
ifically the following significant documents are involved:

Presuming that there is no further need for the above documents
on the part of either the SPO or ASPO it is the writer's
recommendation that same be consigned to the Contractor's
files for potential future reference. The documents would be
retained until such time as the Contractor would determine
that same provided no significant program benefit - At this
point the records would be destroyed.
SPO concurrence with the above is requested.
With the disposition of the above records the writer trusts
that all requirements under the subject Contract item have
been completed. In the event additional information is
required please contact the undersigned.
