d Approved For Release 2002/09/ yDP71 RO014OA0004&,070154~%- L I DD/S&T-424-66 2 4 JAN 1966 MEMORANDUM FOR: Director of Central Intelligence SUBJECT : Status of Air Force Requirements 1. This memorandum is for your information con- cerning the status of Air Force requirements resulting from their briefing given at CIA on 17 November 1965. 2. Colonel Raymond Sleeper, DCS/Foreign Technology/ Air Force Systems Command, advised my Staff on 18 January that a letter containing these requirements has been prepared for transmittal to you. Before being given to General Schriever for signature, it must go the coordination route through several Generals' offices at the Air Force Systems Command and then to DIA. Although this will tend to delay somewhat the receipt of Air Force requirements, it should ensure that there will be no misunderstanding of the exercise and be properly responsive to your interest in this matter. 3. Colonel Sleeper mentioned that the requirements listed are not different from those already levied on the Intel- ligence Community but they will offer guidance as you requested and serve to emphasize the areas of primary concern to the Air Force. 25X1A Albert D.
