MEMORANDUM FOR: Dr. Wheelon
SUBJECT VIP Visitors During Week of 21 March
1. There are no foreign VIPs scheduled to visit
DD/S&T during this period.
2. Admiral Patrick Graham, Director of Service
Intelligence, is leading a delegation of military
people to two NATO Standing Group conferences taking
place in Washington through t April. A list is attached
at Tab A. Admiral Graham has requested an appointment
3. Admiral Stroh, leading a group of officers
from the Joint Strategic Target Planning Staff, SAC,
will be visiting the Agency on 22 March. Admiral
Stroh is scheduled to meet with the DCI and Dr. Wheelon;
the other officers will be briefed by the CIA briefing
officer and by DD/S&T representatives. These arrangements
are explained in detail inj ::1 memorandum (Tab B).
