in this area while in Vietnam but never was in a osition to pursue
this training program to completion. is now assigned 2 5X1
to USAFTC, Randolph Field.

4. I indicated to that ORD would have interest from 2 5X1
a research viewpoint an suggeste that he outline his ideas in writing
for proper evaluation, and if he planned on submitting a research pro-
posal it must be with the sanction of an appropriate institution or
organization. He indicated his willingness to pursue this further.
5? seemed well acquainted with ESP efforts, but his
information re ected only one viewpoint. While never speaking direct-
ly to the subject, I could not help but get the impression that he was
seeking employment.
