ALL HATCHES ARE OPEN AND BOOMS ARE UNSTOWED. THE PRESENCE OF THE HEVOCHERKESSIYA CANNOT BE CONFIRMED. MATANZAS (15181) -- ONE KRASNOGRAD-CLASS SHIP OBSERVED ON NORTH SIDE OF NEW WHARF. HATCHES ARE SECURED AND BOOMS ARE STOWED. THREE BOXCARS ON PIER ALONGSIDE SHIP. TUNAS DE ZAZA (1456Z) -- KASIMOV REMAINS ANCHORED 1.5 NM SW OF THE PORT. FOUR HATCHES ARE OPEN AND BOOMS ARE ACTIVE.
