1963, REVEALS OLLOWING IN OffMATION ON THE PORTS LISTED BELOW:
HAVANA (1525Z) -- THE ORENBURG IS DOCKED AT BURRUS WHARF. ALL
HATCHES ARE OPEN AND BOOMS ARE UNSTOWED. THE PRESENCE OF THE
HEVOCHERKESSIYA CANNOT BE CONFIRMED.
MATANZAS (15181) -- ONE KRASNOGRAD-CLASS SHIP OBSERVED ON
NORTH SIDE OF NEW WHARF. HATCHES ARE SECURED AND BOOMS ARE STOWED.
THREE BOXCARS ON PIER ALONGSIDE SHIP.
TUNAS DE ZAZA (1456Z) -- KASIMOV REMAINS ANCHORED 1.5 NM SW
OF THE PORT. FOUR HATCHES ARE OPEN AND BOOMS ARE ACTIVE. THREE
LIGHTERS AND A POSSIBLE FOURTH LIGHTER ARE ALONGSIDE. A FIFTH
LIGHTER IS APPROACHING THE SHIP FROM THE PORT.
CIENFUEGOS (1505r)---- THE VROV IS ANCHORED IN THE HARBOR.
TWO HATCHES ARE OPEN AND BOOMS APPEAR ACTIVE. TWO LIGHTERS ARE
ONGSIDE. THE PRESENCE OF THE SLUTSK CANNOT BE CONFIRMED.

NM SSW OF PORT.
PUERTO PADRE (1040Z) -- NO FREIGHTERS OBSERVED TIED UP TO DOCK.

ZELIENSKIY WAS PREVIOUSLY REPORTED DOCKED IS CLOUD COVERED.
CAIBARIEN (13372) -- TWO POSSIBLE LABINSK-CLASS SHIPS
ANCHORED 14 NM NE OF CAIBARIEN AND JUST WEST OF CAYO FRANCES.
THERE ARE 3 LIGHTERS ALONGSIDE EACH SHIP.
