1. USIB, at its 30 October meeting considered the referenced COMOR
report and took the following action:
a. Noted the report and the supplemental remarks by the Chairman,
COMOR, regarding the general adequacy of coverage during the two week
period ending 23 October 1963.
b. Noted Mr. Rebe:r's remarks that, in spite of considerable
unfavorable weather following the period of this report, there was no
immediate cause for concern.
