SUBJECT Transfer of Funds to NSA
1. The NIO/Warning/NIC will sponsor a three-day Executive
Team Building Training Seminar for the key intelligence
operations center chiefs in late February 84. NSA has consented
to administer the seminar, contract for consultant support and
make all facility/accommodation arrangements based on a similar
program periodically sponsored by them. The maximum cost for the
entire program including instruction, lodging, food, and
equipment is $10,000.
2. Request a transfer of $10,000 to NSA to facilitate this
important training.
