The graduate program selected at the University of Maryland combines courses in computer science with others that deal with the impact of computers on organizations. Participation in this program will sharpen his computer skills and allow NESA to assign additional 25X1 computer oriented duties that will bridge e gulf between the technical and analytical cultures so that NESA can better utilize computer bases in our intelligence analysis. 3. A form 136, Request for External Training, is attached along with a copy of his memorandum requesting sponsorship and a breakdown of expenses by fiscal year. 4.
