SUBJECT Request Permission to Give an Oral Presentation
1. I request permission to give a presentation on 9 May
1984 on "Soviet Investment Policy After Andropov" as part of the
luncheon economic seminar series at Harvard's Russian Research
Center (RRC). A short, initial outline is given in the
attachment.
2. None of the material presented will be classified.
3. I am presently on sabbatical at the RRC, and these
presentations are routine for the people in residence.
4. I will make the standard
disclaimer that the talk represents my own views, and not
necessarily those of the Agency.
