found to have used marijuana after having made formal ap-
plication to the Agency would be referred to the Personnel-
Security-Medical Panel for a total evaluation. The amount
of referral to the respective offices would vary according
to the circumstances of the case. Appropriate warnings
and follow--up could follow in those cases approved for EOD.
