Beginning in January, 1966, the office of Deputy Chief/AES
will be manned on a rotating basis, with Chief, Assessment Branch
and Chief, Research Branch alternating in this position for
6-month tours of duty. For the period 3 January thru 30 June
1966, C/AB shall serve as Acting Deputy Chief, AES/OMS; from
1 July thru 31 December, C/RB shall carry this designation.
