First, I should like to re-emphasize that in principle
we welcome IG surveys of any DD/S ofice or function at any time you can
undertake them. At the moment I believe more benefit with. less manpower
might be realized from surveying several areas or 'junctions a3 opposcd to
surveying an entire office. For your co:asi tlons raised above,
such as, Is there sufficient and prop 'per coordination bete un the Pro-
curen ent Division, the Industrial Contract Audit Division, the sponsor-
II I-. and other Agency elements involved?

The number of Agency contracts continues to , brow and is our
security capability very severely. To ma.na. e and control the security

Office of Logistics have given much attention to this prohie i, but i s
