a. Audio Aids Section
The motion picture crew completed shooting at - and is
25X1A now on location
Shooting at this site should be completed by
1 June. Following this, there will only be routine shots
at Headquarters prior to the completion of the shooting
phase.
b. Visual Aids Section
Operations School
(1) A set of 35mm color transparencies was prepared for Mr.
There were 2T in all, photographed, developed and
mounted. 25X1A
(2) Three large size briefing maps of the were
mounted for to be used in the surveillance
exercise.
Intelligence School
(1) labels were prepared, with black lettering on gold, by
means of the "Diazo" process to identify and secure
forty self-teaching devices for

with numerals for identification to be used by IOF.
Language Training School
A 20 x 30 chart on "location nominals" was completed and
delivered for to use in Japanese beginner
classes.
Midcareer and Senior Officers Courses
Approximately 35 certificates of completion of the course
were hand lettered for during this period. The
handwork included names of students, dates of completion
and a change in the name of the DDCI.

an attache case for use by in safe house

pleted for the class on a continuing basis.
Miscellaneous
(1) During this period, four charts and, approximately fifty
lines of headliner titles were prepared for
to be used by in briefing Colonel White on Agency
"Human Resources".
(2) Also, during this period, T transparencies were prepared
from existing artwork on the subject of audio surveillance
for Training Officer, OS.
