a. Messrs. were briefed by DPD 9 January
and departed that date on their survey of possible alternate facili-
ties for the conduct of air and ground aspects of Basic PM Course
#3.

in briefing the IG on the occasion of the latter's 18 January
graduation visit.

to discuss his possible labors in the Operation School's behalf.
d. Those involved in the 11 January instruction on the Clan-
destine Services for the new JOTs met twice to outline and coordinate

#12 graduates met twice to outline and coordinate that instruction.
f. I discussed with the :xecutive Officer Mr. -'s 25X1A9a

Train JMIAVE Agent Personnel" and left copies of that memorandum
for that Project's information.
g. The officer responsible for PI instruction in the Intelli-
gence School undertook to draft his suggestions for rovement in
such instruction both at Headquarters and at preparatory 25X1A6a
25X1A6a to a proposed trip to to discuss this matter.
h. Mr. and I met with DDP/TRO 10 January to

Similarly, I discussed with Mr. the 14 December sug-
gestions from the Deputy Director of Communications respecting
the scheduling of additional communications instruction.

Headquarters Training, and Covert Training.
PERSONNEL ITEMS
a. Mr. is attending the Instructor Training Course

b. Mr. contacted the undersigned by telephone
9 January and undertook to discuss possible assignment as CAO
Course instructor subsequent to a meeting with DDP/OP officers.
