The Chief/T SS/rraini.,rg Division and Chief/T.SS conferred with AF/0S on Wednesday 2 January, concerning the Administrative Plan for the TSS/ unit. 25X1A6a .D/AP/0 3 and Messrs. also participated in this conference. C / TS TD returned to Headquarters on 24 January. C/TSS/= remained until 25 January. 27A 2. from PO/TA was here on Wednesday, 23 Jan aryq to discuss several personnel matters with D/AF/OS, ,ncludtng the procedures to be used with the new Array officers' Fitness Reports. 3. The regular Friday morning conference for Course and Unit Chiefs was conducted by AF/QS. Several problems concerning Operations School? were discussed. Lectures and discussions pertaining to Espionage Legal Entry Programs highlighted instruction during the eleventh week of the Operations Course. Other presentations covering Project Management and Operational Support were given during this reporting period. 2. One student has been absent all week due to the serious illnee ~ of his father. 3. Operations Familiarization Course 25X1A14a 1, The third week of instruction in OFC #7 was completed on 25 January, concluding the Espionage block of lectures and discussions. 2. Students and Staff witnessed a very smoothly run Demonstration on Monday night, in company with OC 3 -Sta. and 3. Students accomplished without incident casing assignments in nearby cities on Wednesday afternoon. 25X1A14a .. Conferences were held with Chbf, Project Management Committee, and with CI/OC regarding evaluation of student work in project management, and some progress was made in determining how til s evaluation will be handled in the current running of the course. b. The draft of the revised CE examination was reviewed with Mr. c. At the request of Mr. the details of the CC plan to give each student a second town casing problem were reviewed. The plan was enthusiastically endorsed from two standpoints: Cl) it met the student demand for significant training activity for those students not involved in agent meetings on town problem days, and (2) it will provide more than one exercise as a basis for the easing grade on the final evaluation report. Several discussions were held with AF/OS concerning the conduct and the content of the course. The Schedule was completed and will be forwarded to Head- quarters early next week. 2.
