OTHER ACTIVITIES: Oticeof MIS 1. AF/OS was in Headquarters on Tuesday, 19 March. He met with Chief/CI Staff concerning the possibility of the latter3s contributions to the forthcoming Operations Course #LI.. AF/OS 25X1A6a also discussed several matters of interest to Operations School/ M with 'C/OS. 25X1 9a 2. AF/CS and spent several hours at the FBI Training School at (uantico, Virginia, on 19 March. Their primary purpose for the visit was to examine the different types of firing ranges used by the FBI in training Special Agents in instinctive firing. Several valuable ideas were obtained during the visit. the Chief 25X1A9a 3. Chief` A&E, and the Acting Chief/TEB, 25X1A9a were here on Thursday, 21 I -larch. They discussed several matters pertaining to evaluations and instructional tech. niques with AF/?S. 25X1 C4a 6. The M Engineer,, conferred with AF/CS, D/AF/OS, and A/AF/OS on Friday, 22 March, concerning long-range planning of building rehabilitation requirements br training activities. 7. The regular Friday morning Staff Conference for Course .and Unit Chiefs was conducted by AF/OS on 22 March, Courses Operations. Course 1. Final evaluations for OC #3 students were completed and forwarded to AF/OS on 21 March, 2. The Chief Instructor, Planning Officer and the chairmen of various committees worked closely with AF/0S and D/AF/OS throughout the week on content and scheduling matters for OC ##!.
