I am distributing the enclosed preliminary NCS System
Description to members of the CGCPP Support Group for
their information. This document represents a compilation
of descriptions of NCS assets as provided some time ago
by the NCS Operating Agencies and has not been formally
coordinated with those agencies as yet. Consequently,
the information contained therein may be subject to some
modification during the staffing process. Resource
information associated with the described assets may be
found in the NCS Annual Plan (FY 72-76) which was forwarded
to OTP by the Executive Agent, NCS, on 26 July 1971.
