SUBJECT: Review of Plans for Communication Center,

1. A 90% review was made on 13 September of the A&E plans for
the Communications Center, The following persons
were present:

2. The design of the mechanical and electrical systems should be
changed to reflect our requirements. It is recognized that a 90~%%
review of the A&E drawings should not involve major changes. This
could have been avoided if the Utility Engineers had participated in
earlier discussions with the A&E and in the preparation of the Scope
of Work.
3. The mechanical and electrical portions of the specifications
have not been completed but should be available in a few days. `these
will be reviewed at that time.
