SUBJECT: Projects
1. In view of my pending transfer to the Project Administration
Planning Staff, I discussed my representation of the DD/S respon-
sibilities on the above project with the DDS on 18 April, It
was the DD/S'is decision that since this project is expected to
terminate its cover and commercial aspects as of 30 June, I should
continue to represent the DDS through the period of such termina-
tion,

2. With reference to Project the Chiefs of PAPS and TAS, 25X1A2g
respectively: have concurred in a request made by the 10 Division
that I continue to represent the interest of the Comptroller in
this project through the termination of Phase I. which should end
about the month of July of this year. This request was made by 10
Division because of unusually sensitive conditions surrounding the
unwitting personnel of the project,
