1, In the referenced memorandum, a question concerning
allotment symbols was raised for the DOFF area. As you know,
`there -was considerable delay in getting the administrative
decisions necessary in order to draft the new allotment account
symbols, but these decisions have now been made and a co of
the allotment account symbols has been furnished
in paragraph f of your memorandum,, it is requested
that we define more specifically the category of contract per-
a nnel which in for inclusion in the report. It Is desired that
all U.S. Nationals under contract be included in the report, but
that foreign nationals, under contract be omitted.
