MINUTES
research, Development and Production Review Board
I. A special meeting of the Research, Development and Production Review
Board was held in the OC Conference (loom at 1430 hours on lc April
1956, and continued in Roan 2030 "I" Building on 19 April 1956 at
1330 hours. The following persons were in attendance on 18 April:
1. The Engineering Division presented a proposal as received
for the refurbishing of existing
equipment at a cost of $68,000 and the procurement of additional
prototypes of agent terminal equipment at a cost of $133,000 each.
The Board had previously approved the refurbishing on the one unit,
and at this meeting decided that an additional three units should be
procured.
2. Consideration of the Research and Development Budget. The
Engineering Division submitted a proposed budget for consideration.
Attached to -these minutes is a copy of the budget as approved by the
Board.
II. This meeting adjourned at 1630 hours on the 18th and continued on
19 April commencing at 1330 hours in Roan 2030 "I" Building. Those
in attendance at the second meeting were:
1. The Board completed the review of the budget with the exception
of I.,INT items which have not as yet been submitted by the Supplemental
Programs Division.

2. A brief discussion took place on items that might be in
production during fiscal year 1957, and the determinations of quantity
will be made at a later meeting.
