As requested, following is a report of significant
activities for this office for the preceding week.
1. Director of Medical Services met on 23 September
with a consultant to the Murphy Commission, Alex George,
Ph.D. This was at the request ?f the Intelligence,Coa-tun_
ity Staff and a separate report.I(with copy to DDA)'has been
submitted to the ICS on this maeeting. Dr. Geor e,for the
Commission, is interested in the relationship of stress to
irrational thinking in foreign policy decision making.

27 September.

discussed the pharmacological effects of cocaine and the
narcotics at the Special Narcotics Lecture sponsored by
the Office of Training.
