Director of Medical Services met on 23 September with a consultant to the Murphy Commission, Alex George, Ph.D. This was at the request ?f the Intelligence,Coa-tun_ ity Staff and a separate report.I(with copy to DDA)'has been submitted to the ICS on this maeeting. Dr. Geor e,for the Commission, is interested in the relationship of stress to irrational thinking in foreign policy decision making. Deputy Director of Medical Services visited- 23 September to review the medical support aspects of aDDSTspecial ro p ject. 3. Chief, Selection Processin fivi o g on 24 September with representatives of the o ices ofinet Personnel and Security to review a joint 0P-OS-OMS FY 1974 objective calling for the expeditious processing of certain professional applicants. 4. Chief, Operations Division is attending the 10th Annual Family Practice .Syraposiua in Augusta, Georgia, 23- 27 September. S.
